CASA SANTO ESTEVO is a Casa Rural and is included in the network of Rural Tourism for Galicia, commercialised by the society of Turgalicia. The house is located,in a small hamlet, next to the Romanesque church of Santo Estevo de Ribas de Miño.

This one hundred year old farmhouse is an example of popular architecture of that time. It has been renovated in keeping to its original appearance, achieving a cosy interior and at the same time acquiring all the comforts our clients require.

Our house has 6 double rooms (all en-suite), heating and is completely equipped. The house is shared; renting is on a room-by-room basis.

In addition to the homely comforts we have a bedroom with disabled facilities, a lounge with digital television and veranda. Across the grassed track there is our finca, where you can sip a wine or some thing else to drink. The finca was once a vine terrace, so it is has steep gradients with ancient stone walled terracing.

As you can see from the photos to the left (and from the videos on our front page), the house and surrounding village have been featured on a Spanish TV documentary. We feel that this adds character to the house.

We have taken advantage of the interesting layout of the house to create different rooms for rest and relaxation.

In the dining room, you will be able to enjoy your suppers and the excellent wines of the region next to a traditional lareirá (open fire)

Our complete breakfast will help you start your new day whether you choose to rest or take an excursion to see the treasures of the Ribeira Sacra, where you'll find something to suit everybody´s taste.

Around the house, you will be able to enjoy the splendid views of slopes and terraces of the land, plus the Miño River. Behind our distinctive property, is the splendid 12th century church of Santo Estevo de Ribas de Miño.

To reach the CASA SANTO ESTEVO is very simple. There is a small parking area, which is next to the entrance of our house.
