All our prices include V.A.T. charged at 7%.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS (In accordance with the regulations of TURGALICIA -- Direction Xeral of Tourism -- Xunta of Galicia):

No reservation will occur unless the client gives the following information: Full name: Telephone number; Date(s)of stay; Number of rooms and persons to lodge.

Form of payment and cancellations
Casa Santo Estevo may require customers booking accomodation to make a down payment, which will be understood to be part of the resulting amount of the services given.
The payment will be done by means of credit card or banking transfer to the account of Santo Estevo S.L., at least 5 days before arrival. If these conditions are not met then the reservation will be considered cancelled.
This down payment will be at most 40% of the total cost of the stay booked, (including extra services).
The customer may cancel at any time and will be entitled to be returned all amounts paid, although they must compensate the owner of the establishment with the following amounts:

CASA SANTO ESTEVO will levy a charge for the cancellation of the reserve,
- 40% of the down payment when the cancellation is made with more than seven days and less than one month before the date set for occupying the accommodation.
- 100% of the down payment when the cancellation is made with seven days or less before the date set for occupying the accommodation.
