Casa Santo Estevo can take up to 48 hours to respond to your booking.
 
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS (In accordance with the regulations of TURGALICIA -- Direction Xeral of Tourism -- Xunta of Galicia):
No reservation will occur unless the client gives the following information: Full name: Telephone number; Date(s)of stay; Number of rooms and persons to lodge.

The prior payment of a deposit is essential when a booking occurs at the following times; When a stay is equal to or longer than a week; For a weekend with special demands (like local festivals, etc); For reservations of groups or for request for other services (like dinner, guided routes etc) The payment will be done by means of credit card or banking transfer to the account of Santo Estevo S.L., at least 5 days before arrival. If these conditions are not met then the reservation will be considered cancelled.

The value of the deposit will be, up to a max of 40% of the total of the stay (including extra services).

CASA SANTO ESTEVO will levy a charge for the cancellation of the reserve, ,

The value will be the equivalent to the following, if the reservation is cancelled:

Between 8 and 30 days of advance, on the date of entrance ..  40% of the deposit.

With 7 days, or less, of advance on the date of entrance ..... 100% of the deposit.
